Who we are and what we do
AMENAL, s.r.o. is an active and listed company in the Commercial Register of Czech companies which was founded and commenced business in 2007, in Prague.
We are a small-scale Czech limited liability company, let’s say family company with more than 10 years of experience in the local real estate market. Our goal is to continuously search for and implement smart investment opportunities in the real estate market, primarily in the Czech Republic, but over time our vision is to expand our activities in countries of Central and Eastern Europe. We aim to look for business and investment opportunities in which we are able to provide our professional added value to a selected project or property and then transform it into a successful business result.
