Main activities
Our company was founded and commenced business in 2007, in Prague and its core business activities and focus was always real estate sector.
Our main activity is the purchase and sale/rent of real estate in the Czech Republic, especially non-residential premises, such as: commercial and office space. We strive to offer a quality service by also providing the provision of basic services ensuring the proper operation and management of such real estate. Just like we can be found in the Commercial Register of Czech companies, as too can our activities.
Our portfolio
We focus on creating our own real estate portfolio, especially in the Czech Republic, with the final objective of a successful sale. We prefer less but quality instead of quantity when talking about creation of our real estate portfolio. However, we also want to cater to those who are not just yet in a position to buy, by offering a selection of real estate, suitable for long-term lease primarily for use as office space or business facilities. This will ensure a stable cash flow with appropriate financing for the purchase of such real estate.
We rely on a team of experienced professionals in real estate, business and investment, and project financing. We co-operate with several real estate companies and law firms in Prague and throughout the Czech Republic.
We build on long-term strong business relationships and good co-operation with our partners and clients and also references from clients are very important and crucial to us in this business sphere. Our goal is to exceed our clients’ expectations while achieving an appreciation of the potential of our assets for overall business growth and maintaining resilience to market fluctuations.
When acquiring real estate, creating their portfolios and company projects, we deal with financing with various financial institutions and non-financial entities in the Czech Republic. It is a short-term to medium-term financing setting under the conditions we are able to complete the project with total added value for both clients and our company. We care about the quality completion of the project with an attractive architectural solution, as well as a professional building layout suitable for the specific end clients, users and their needs.
