Who we are and what we do
We are a small-scale Czech limited liability company, let’s say family company with more than 10 years of experience in the local real estate market. Our goal is to continuously search for and implement smart investment opportunities in the real estate market, primarily in the Czech Republic, but over time our vision is to expand our activities in Slovak Republic and in Hungary. We aim to look for business and investment opportunities in which we are able to provide our professional added value to a selected project or property and then transform it into a successful business result.
Business activities of the company
Our company was founded and commenced business in 2007, in Prague and its core business activities and focus was always real estate sector.
Our main activity is the purchase and sale/rent of real estate in the Czech Republic, especially non-residential premises, such as: commercial and office space. We strive to offer a quality service by also providing the provision of basic services ensuring the proper operation and management of such real estate. Just like we can be found in the Commercial Register of Czech companies, as too can these activities stated thereof.
We focus on creating our own real estate portfolio, especially in the Czech Republic, with the final objective of a successful sale. We prefer less but quality instead of quantity when talking about creation of our real estate portfolio. However we also want to cater to those who are not just yet in a position to buy, by offering a selection of real estate, suitable for long-term lease primarily for use as office space or business facilities. This will ensure a stable cash flow with appropriate financing for the purchase of such real estate.
We rely on a team of experienced professionals in real estate, business and investment, and project financing. We co-operate with several real estate companies and law firms in Prague and throughout the Czech Republic.
